Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

What is Coaching?
First of all, coaching is not therapy, counseling or advice. Coaching is a future-oriented process that focuses on the wants and needs of the client. All clients are presumed to be creative, resourceful and whole; entirely capable of creating change in their lives.
